Study of Multiprocessor Architectures for a Hardware Accelerator

چکیده
This work is intended as an overview on parallel processing and parallel processing techniques and architectures. The principal constraints and design options for the adap-tion of a CAD tool to a general-purpose multiprocessor machine are debated. Sugestions are made as guidelines for a future implementation of the circuit simulator CINNAMON in a multiprocessor environment.
